1kg boneless chicken, cubed
3 tbsp Sanam Steak & Chops mix
2 tbsp Sanam Premium Tandoori Masala
1 tbsp Sanam Lemon & Pepper
2 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
½ freshly squeezed lemon
½ freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp crushed cumin
1 tsp red chili powder
1 beaten egg
4 tbsp cornstarch
3 tbsp plain flour
2 tbsp yoghurt
Directions
- Mix all the above ingredients into a marinade
- Marinate chicken for 3 hours
- Pierce chicken cubes onto skewers or bamboo sticks
- Fry chicken lightly in deep oil for 5 minutes, then remove from oil.
- Let chicken dry for few minutes on wire rack.
- Fry chicken for second time until golden and crispy. Garnish with onions and cilantro. Serve hot.
