Ingredients

  • 1kg boneless chicken, cubed

  • 3 tbsp Sanam Steak & Chops mix

  • 2 tbsp Sanam Premium Tandoori Masala

  • 1 tbsp Sanam Lemon & Pepper

  • 2 tbsp ginger & garlic paste

  • ½ freshly squeezed lemon

  • ½ freshly ground black pepper

  • 1 tsp crushed cumin

  • 1 tsp red chili powder

  • 1 beaten egg

  • 4 tbsp cornstarch

  • 3 tbsp plain flour

  • 2 tbsp yoghurt

Directions

  • Mix all the above ingredients into a marinade
  • Marinate chicken for 3 hours
  • Pierce chicken cubes onto skewers or bamboo sticks
  • Fry chicken lightly in deep oil for 5 minutes, then remove from oil.
  • Let chicken dry for few minutes on wire rack.
  • Fry chicken for second time until golden and crispy. Garnish with onions and cilantro. Serve hot.
