Sanam Peri Peri Lemon & Herb Beef Short Ribs
1 ½ kg beef short ribs
5 tbsp Sanam Peri Peri Lemon & Herb
3 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
1 freshly squeezed lemon
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 ½ tsp crushed cumin
1 tsp red chili powder
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp mustard paste
2 tbsp chili garlic sauce
½ tsp salt
3 tbsp olive oil
- Wash ribs and drain water.
- Mix all ingredients into a marinade.
- Marinate the ribs for 4-24 hours.
- Barbecue on grill until cooked thoroughly. Serve hot.
