Sanam Peri Peri – Peri Peri Grilled Chicken
1kg Chicken, cut
4 tbsp Sanam Peri Peri Spice
1 tsp crushed cumin
1 tsp red chili powder
3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 tbsp fresh ginger & garlic paste
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp mustard paste
1 tbsp chili and garlic sauce
3 tbsp olive oil
- Wash and make fine cuts in chicken
- Marinate thoroughly in all the ingredients and leave between 2-12 hours in the fridge
- Grill on BBQ or place in oven at 375°F, turning in between as the chicken cooks. Grill until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
- Serve with lemon wedges, pita bread, and crispy potato wedges.
