This recipe features juicy boneless chicken marinated with a mix of Sanam Steak & Chops, Sanam Premium Tandoori Masala, Sanam Lemon & Pepper, and a few other flavorful ingredients. The chicken is skewered and deep-fried to a golden, crispy finish, resulting in tender, juicy meat with an irresistible crunch. Ingredients

1kg boneless chicken, cubed

3 tbsp Sanam Steak & Chops mix

2 tbsp Sanam Premium Tandoori Masala

1 tbsp Sanam Lemon & Pepper

2 tbsp ginger & garlic paste

½ freshly squeezed lemon

½ freshly ground black pepper

1 tsp crushed cumin
-
1 tsp red chili powder
-
1 beaten egg
-
4 tbsp cornstarch
-
3 tbsp plain flour
-
2 tbsp yoghurt
Directions
Mix all the above ingredients into a marinade
Marinate chicken for 3 hours
Pierce chicken cubes onto skewers or bamboo sticks
Fry chicken lightly in deep oil for 5 minutes, then remove from oil.
Let chicken dry for few minutes on wire rack.
Fry chicken for second time until golden and crispy.
Garnish with onions and cilantro. Serve hot. Enjoy!
