A flavorful tandoori chicken marinated in spices, ginger, garlic, and lemon, then grilled or baked until perfectly cooked.

Ingredients
-
1 chicken, cut
-
3 tbsp Sanam Tandoori Masala
-
1 tbsp crushed cumin
-
1 tsp red chili powder
-
1 tsp crushed chili
-
1 freshly squeezed lemon juice
-
2 tbsp fresh ginger & garlic paste
-
3 tbsp olive oil
-
Salt to taste
Directions
Wash and make fine cuts in chicken.
Marinate thoroughly in all the ingredients and leave between 3-24 hours in the fridge.
Grill on BBQ or place in oven at 375°F, turning while in oven until fully cooked.
Serve on a platter with cilantro, onion slices and lemon wedges.
