For 1 kg steak, create a marinade using 3 tablespoons The Canadian Spice Company Steak Rub Double Garlic Butter, 2 tablespoons fresh ginger & garlic paste, 1/2 cup yoghurt, 2 tablespoons tomato paste, 1/2 cup olive oil, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. Wash and make fine cuts in steak. Marinate thoroughly in all the ingredients and leave 3-24 hours in the fridge. Grill on BBQ or place in oven at 375°F, turning until fully cooked. To use on steak, meat, chicken, fish, burgers and in curries.
