PREPARATION SUGGESTION / PREPARATION:

For 1 kg chicken, create a marinade using 4 tablespoons The Canadian Spice Company Peri Peri Hot, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, 1/2 tablespoon fresh ginger & garlic paste, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon mustard paste, 1 tablespoon chili & garlic sauce , 3 tablespoons olive oil. Wash and cut chicken. Marinate thoroughly in all the ingredients and leave 3-24 hours in the fridge. Grill on BBQ or place in oven at 375˚F, turning while in oven until fully cooked. To use on chicken, meat, steak, fish, salads, burgers and in curries.
