PREPARATION SUGGESTION / DE PRÉPARATION:

For 1 chicken, create a marinade using 3 tablespoons Sanam Tandoori Masala, 1 freshly squeezed lemon, 2 tablespoons fresh ginger & garlic paste, 2-3 tablespoons olive oil. Wash and make fine cuts in chicken. Marinate thoroughly in all the ingredients and leave 3-24 hours in the fridge. Grill on BBQ or place in oven at 375˚F, turning until fully cooked. Or, roast inside a tandoor. To use on chicken, meat, fish, salads, burgers and in curries.

Pour 1 poulet, créez une marinade en utilisant 3 cuillères à soupe de Sanam Tandoori Masala, 1 citron fraîchement pressé, 2 cuillères à soupe de pâte de gingembre et d’ail frais, 2-3 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive. Lavez et coupez finement le poulet. Faire mariner soigneusement dans tous les ingrédients et laisser 3 à 24 heures au réfrigérateur. Griller sur le BBQ ou mettre au four à 375˚F, en tournant jusqu’à cuisson complète. Ou rôtir dans un tandoor. A utiliser sur le poulet, la viande, le poisson, les salades, les burgers et dans les currys.
