Flour (wheat flour, benzoyl peroxide, niacin, reduced iron, ascorbic acid, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, amylase, folic acid), Corn starch, Salt, Spices, Garlic powder, Natural flavour, Onion powder, Baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate).

Preparation Suggestion / Suggestion de préparation
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup of milk, hot sauce (optional, for added flavor), and 2 eggs. In a separate large bowl, add 2 cups of Sanam Lemon Pepper Chicken Fry Mix. Prepare 4 chicken thighs with skin on and 4 drumsticks with skin on. Marinate chicken in mixing bowl, then coat in Chicken Fry Mix bowl. Dip back in mixing bowl and coat again in Chicken Fry Mix bowl. When ready to cook, deep fry in vegetable oil at 350°F. Fry chicken pieces 3-4 at a time for about 12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Once cooked through, remove from oil and place on a wire rack. Let rest for at least 5 minutes before serving.
