PREPARATION SUGGESTION / DE PRÉPARATION:

For 4 burgers, double mince 500g meat (80% meat, 20% fat). Create a marinade using 3 tablespoons Sanam Jalapeño & Lime Burger Seasoning and 60ml cold water. Wash minced meat and mix thoroughly with marinade. Keep in the fridge 4-12 hours. Create 4 burger patties and grill on BBQ, or place in oven at 375°F, turning while in oven until fully cooked. Or, fry in shallow cooking oil. To use on minced meats, diced meats and skewered meats.

Pour 4 burgers, double hacher 500g de viande (80% viande, 20% MG). Créez une marinade en utilisant 3 cuillères à soupe d’assaisonnement Sanam Jalapeño & Lime Burger et 60 ml d’eau froide. Laver la viande hachée et bien mélanger avec la marinade. Conserver au réfrigérateur 4 à 12 heures. Créez 4 galettes de hamburger et faites-les griller sur le barbecue, ou placez-les au four à 375 °F, en les retournant au four jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient complètement cuites. Ou faites-les frire dans de l’huile de cuisson peu profonde. A utiliser sur les viandes hachées, les viandes en dés et les viandes en brochettes.
